After becoming interested in muscles and how the body moves while on my own fitness journey, I decided to pursue Osteopathy as a career. I love helping people to improve their health and wellbeing and especially enjoy getting to know my patients as people. I like to work with you to tailor hands-on treatment and advice to fit not only your body but also your personality and lifestyle.

As a mother of three, I am usually very busy outside of the clinic spending time with my children and attending their sporting events. My experiences as a mother have also influenced my special interest areas which are pregnancy, women's health, newborns, babies, and children. However, I enjoy working with people from all walks of life too.

Treatment with me can vary from very gentle functional and soft tissue techniques, to visceral treatment, to cranial treatment, to more structural and robust treatments where appropriate, but always with a person-centred approach. 

I'm available at Wairakei Osteopathy on Mondays and Fridays. You can also book with me at Halswell Rd Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
